When I first bought my health insurance in my mid-20s, I was informed that my annual premium would be higher than my husband’s because I am a woman.
Why? The insurance agent said that women’s bodies are more complicated than men:
- we are hormonal (menstrual cycles, pre-menstrual syndrome, depression),
- we have more body parts (breasts, reproductive system) and
- we use more chemicals (skin care, make-up, fragrances, dishwashing liquid) on our bodies than men

When was the last time you had regular, wholesome meals?
When I was a stay-at-home Mum, I could prepare a fresh and green salad for breakfast for myself.

Now that I’m a full-time working Mum, I hardly have time to eat breakfast, let alone wash and cut fruits or vegetables!
I have been hard-pressed to prepare home-cooked food, aiming to cook 3-4 nights a week.
Traditionally, women tend to eat a more healthy diet
When you take equal amounts of B vitamins, you’ll feel calm, with a sense of well-being (no anxiety or depression).
More energy, better sleep
If you are a 30 year old woman moving on to your 40s (like me), we need to start our anti-aging regime from NOW.
