Once or twice a week, I like to go vegetarian.
One of my favourite breakfast, lunch or snack is a tomato, lettuce and cheese sandwich on wholegrain bread:
The cheese is for protein, the lettuce is a healthy, leafy, green vegetable I need and the tomato is a juicy fruit that keeps the sandwich moist.
Hubby likes this sandwich too – I would pack a triple decker sandwich for him though to last him through the day.
