Stir-Fried Clams with Soybean Paste

One of my favourite seafood dishes are clams.

In fact, my mum’s stir-fried clams in chilli paste is the BEST.

Yumm…I’m drooling just thinking about it. I think I’ll beg her to cook it one day when we’re back. I can definitely help her with the preparation.

Our kids are supposedly allergic to clams but since their allergy test revealed the opposite, I may try cooking this dish one night for dinner.

Maybe I’ll give them just ONE clam each to be on the safe side!
