I’ve been spring cleaning my wardrobe in preparation for cold days ahead and had fun trying on my winter wear.
Plus, the students had a good time learning up all the English vocabulary on winter clothing:
– woolen cap
– ear muffs
– winter coat
– windbreaker (for autumn)
– ski pants
– boots, especially Ugg boots LOL
For starters, I am glad that I can still fit into my trench coat, which is useful for formal occasions:
Most of the time, I’ll be wearing this type of Mountain Warehouse 3 seasons-in-1 Resistant and Adjustable Jacket (with packable hood):
Thank God the corduroys fit too. Need some leg warmers or I’ll just wear my ski pants.
Boots are also looking and feeling good with no moss or mould but I’m still trying to pair up my leg warmers and socks.
I also managed to track down a pair of leather gloves, which keep your fingers warm and toasty in the freezing cold winter air.
I’ve also found a few favourite scarves but I think I’ll just need one.
I think I’m all set for the chilly air!
