I guess I am now a food blogger although I didn’t start out that way.
I think I started getting serious about food when I became pregnant because I was always hungry!
Plus, morning sickness makes you look at food in different ways – I couldn’t stand the smell of onions and I only wanted to eat clear soups and rice porridge, which I’d usually avoid LOL
Then, when my children started developing food allergies and became fussy eaters, I had no choice but to make it my job to learn about food ingredients, food quality, food safety, read food labels, choose restaurants and also how to prepare food that my kids would eat!
Learning how to cook simple, nutritious meals is my biggest achievement and I hope to continue cooking even though I have to handle a full-time job, two kids and housework.
We have been eating out quite a lot that it’s nice to hear the kids say,
“We want to eat at home. We want home cooked food. Mummy, can you cook for us, please?”
Isn’t that the coolest thing ever?
