Steamed Rice Cake

I stumbled upon this recipe by Chow Times and am going to try it one day :D

I like this recipe because it uses rice flour, instead of wheat flour and she used baking powder instead of yeast.

Of course, I have not tried shopping for yeast yet and that’s because I wouldn’t know how to pronounce it properly :S

However, the recipe calls for coconut milk – can I use milk as a substitute? I must ask her.

I’ve got baking powder, vanilla essence, rice flour, a whisk and a mixing bowl.
