No, it’s not Jamie Oliver talking about fresh fruits in his famous recipes. Neither is it this bento newbie Mom using grapes to craft her bentos 
It’s a Chinese lady making a remark about my daughter’s beautiful eyes.
She actually said, “Her eyes are so beautiful! They look like grapes!”
I burst out laughing when she said that because it’s a highly unusual compliment. Then, she explained that her eyes are so dark and round, they look like grapes!
I must record this comment down for my little girl to read it when she’s older. I wonder what she’ll say?
One thing’s for sure, the little princess has beautiful eyes and her Mom would need the best eyelash growth product to get eyes anywhere near hers.
And no, I’m not jealous of her. I’m her mother, for goodness’ sake.
