I must go on a strict diabetic diet and have just found some really good fact sheets on food provided by the British Diabetic Association.
Check out their “Food Facts” section, which has factsheets on:
- Breakfast
- Christmas - eat, drink and be healthy
- Fluid
- Fruit and veg – how to get five a day
- Packed lunches
- Skin health and
- Vegetarian diets
I’m quite excited about all the factsheets they’ve got some really great ideas
Besides diet, I’m also going to start an exercise regime that includes aerobic exercise, weight training and yoga. Since I may be stuck at home doing any of the above, I will be looking for videos online to help me with them.
