Food Guide for Diabetes by British Diabetic Association



I must go on a strict diabetic diet and have just found some really good fact sheets on food provided by the British Diabetic Association.

Check out their “Food Facts” section, which has factsheets on:

  1. Breakfast
  2. Christmas - eat, drink and be healthy
  3. Fluid
  4. Fruit and veg – how to get five a day
  5. Packed lunches
  6. Skin health and
  7. Vegetarian diets

I’m quite excited about all the factsheets they’ve got some really great ideas :D

Besides diet, I’m also going to start an exercise regime that includes aerobic exercise, weight training and yoga. Since I may be stuck at home doing any of the above, I will be looking for videos online to help me with them.
